These terms govern your use of itvaarplanner.quest and Itvaar Planner, operated by Itvaar Planner Pvt. Ltd., 311, Yash Tower, Rokadiya Hanuman Colony, Shivaji High School Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431001. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Itvaar Planner is a free calendar that tracks recurring household services and bills — such as domestic help, milk, newspaper, gas cylinder refills, water, and appliance servicing — and reminds you before each is due. It is free. There is no paid plan, and we never collect payments.

What we do not do

We only send reminders. We do not book, schedule, pay, or cancel any household service, delivery, or bill. Any action you take is directly with the relevant provider. Itvaar Planner is not affiliated with any provider, platform, operator, bank, or payment app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use your own Indian mobile number.

Messages

Reminders are service messages sent by SMS or WhatsApp only because you requested them. Reply STOP to stop. Standard operator charges, if any, are your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate dates. Reminders depend on the information you provide; we are not responsible for charges, missed services, or renewals resulting from wrong or missing dates or from delivery failures outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Itvaar Planner name, logo, and site content belong to Itvaar Planner Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000, given that the service is free.

Termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar have exclusive jurisdiction.
